Refund Policy

1. Visa Processing Charges

Once an Umrah visa application is submitted for processing, all related charges become non-refundable, including Saudi processing fees, platform charges, operational charges, documentation handling, and transport reservation costs.

2. Government & Third-Party Charges

Payments made towards Saudi systems, Nusuk Masar, transport operators, hotels, payment gateways, and operational vendors are non-recoverable once processed.

3. Visa Rejection

Visa approval remains solely under the authority of Saudi government systems and regulatory bodies. In case of rejection, delay, additional verification, or cancellation by authorities, refunds shall not be guaranteed.

4. Customer Errors

No refund shall apply in cases involving incorrect passport details, wrong travel dates, fake documents, expired passport, incomplete information, missed flights, airline denial, or vaccination non-compliance.

5. Transportation Bookings

Saudi transport bookings are operationally reserved and may involve supplier commitments. Once confirmed, transport bookings are generally non-refundable.

6. Force Majeure

No refund shall apply for disruptions caused by government restrictions, natural disasters, war, pandemics, airline shutdowns, Saudi policy changes, system outages, or operational suspensions.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers initiating fraudulent chargebacks despite successful processing may face permanent service restriction, legal recovery proceedings, and reporting to financial authorities.

8. Exceptional Cases

Refunds, if approved in exceptional circumstances, shall remain entirely at the sole discretion of Umrah.Company.

9. Acceptance

By making payment on this platform, the customer confirms understanding and acceptance of this No Refund Policy.

Thank you for choosing Umrah.Company for your Umrah and Hajj journey. Please read this refund policy carefully before making a booking. By booking a tour package with us, you agree to the terms outlined below:

1. Booking Amounts are Non-Refundable:

Once the booking amount is received, it is promptly utilized for essential processes such as Visa Nusuk Portal payments and reserving airline seats.

2. Packages are Thoroughly Non-Refundable:

No claims for refunds will be entertained during the time of cancellation, regardless of the circumstances.

3. Changes in Travel Dates, Hotels, and Airlines:

The date of travel, hotels, and airlines may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. No refunds can be claimed for such changes.

4. Immigration Clearance and COVID Guidelines:

No refunds can be claimed if an individual fails to acquire immigration clearance due to any government policy, rule, or COVID guidelines.

5. Airlines Refund:

Refunds related to airlines are subject to the policies of the respective Airlines/IATA. We will facilitate the refund process based on their guidelines.

6. Hotel Refund:

Refunds related to hotels are subject to the policies of the respective hotels. We will facilitate the refund process based on their guidelines.

7. Visa Processing and Rejections:

We will not be held responsible for any rejection, delay, and/or mistake in the visa process from the embassy. Visa fees are non-refundable.

8. Payment Methods:

We accept payments only through bank transfers, NEFT/RTGS, and online payment methods. We do not deal in hard cash.
